What is BargainBee, anyway?
BargainBee.com offers you one deal every day, featuring a local business in your city. The featured business promotes their best product or service at their lowest discount possible.
Like what?
Anything goes! You really should check BargainBee.com every morning to see what the daily deal is. It could be anything from an oil change to a spa treatment, or season tickets for a ball game, or a bouquet of flowers. With all the restaurants featured on BargainBee.com, you won't want to plan a night out without checking here first!
What's the catch?
There is no catch, if you like today's deal simply click the big blue "BUY NOW" button and your voucher will be ready to print shortly!
Why does my order still say "Your order is currently being processed."?
You credit card will be charged as soon as you click the yellow "Complete My Order" button and vouchers are generally ready to print within 24-48 hours. No need to sit around and wait, we will send you email telling you when your voucher is ready to print!
What happens if I don't receive an email?
We will always send an email to let you know that your deal is ready to print. However, sometimes our emails may not arrive in your box (spam filters, junk, etc). This isn't a problem! As soon as the deal is over, all you need to do is log back on to your BargainBee.com account to print your voucher. No need to wait for the email!
Do I have to sign up a bunch of people to get the deal?
No. We have thousands of members, all ready to jump on the deal of the day. That said... the more the merrier!!! We still think you should spread the buzz around, simply because it's too cool to keep to yourself. Tell all your friends on Facebook! Tweet the daily deal on Twitter! Each person that buys a voucher gets us that much closer to achieving our goal. That's where "Together We Can Save" comes in! We're more than just a place to find sweet deals; we're building a community together. Chime in on our message board! Your feedback is important to us.
I want in on today's deal... how do I get it?
Just click the big blue "BUY NOW" button before the timer runs out. "BEE" sure and invite all your friends to join in on these amazing savings!
Do I need to use my voucher the same day I buy it?
No. You have until the expiration date, which is usually between three to six months unless specifically stated otherwise.
I bought a voucher... how do I use it?
You will receive an email with a link to print your voucher. The voucher has redemption instructions printed on it. Enjoy!
Can I buy a BargainBee voucher as a gift for someone else?
Yes! Unless the offer specifically states otherwise, all of our vouchers can be gifted. All the businesses we feature are aware of this. To have us send the voucher as a gift, please remember to select the "gift" option at checkout.
Wait a minute, my name is on the voucher. Are you sure I can send this to someone else as a gift?
Yes, we're sure. The voucher will match up to a serial number on the business owner's checklist.
If I don't use the full value of the voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
No. Unless otherwise stated, you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use. Bring a friend along!
Can I combine my voucher with other offers or specials?
No, not unless the day's deal specifically states otherwise.
Am I billed as soon as I join in on the deal?
Yes, we charge your card as soon as you purchase the deal but you will be able to cancel or modify your order all the way up until the deal is over. Please call us at 800.756.3510 between our normal business hours and we will help you with this.
I'm scared to enter my credit card number. Is BargainBee.com safe?
Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.
Can I return a BargainBee.com voucher?
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Within the limits of reason, we'll do what it takes to make you happy. Unless there is something wrong with the purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds after 24 hours from the purchase date. If you'd like to discuss returning a voucher that you purchased, email, or call us at (800) 756-3510.
What if the business for my voucher closes down?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your voucher, we'll make sure you get your money back.
I just sent a referral to my friend... now what?
If your friend makes their first BargainBee purchase within 72 hours from the time they click on the referral link you send them, we'll send you an email to tell you that we've put $5 worth of credit in your account.
What if the person I refer subscribes to the site, but doesn't make a purchase right away?
If someone you refer subscribes within 72 hours, you'll receive a $5 credit whenever they make their first purchase.
Can I refer as many people as I want?
Yes! We're building a community, so feel free to spread the buzz. Together, we can save! (We say that a lot.)
I received referral codes from more than one friend... do they all get rewarded?
No, only the last code you click on before making your first purchase will generate a reward for the person who sent it to you. You'll just have to pick your favorite. Or make them fight over you. Cage Match!!!
Why do you only feature one deal a day?
We like to focus on one really big deal every day and offer it at an unbelieveable price. If we offered a little bit of everything all the time, it would get kind of watered down, wouldn't it? If we didn't have something you wanted yesterday, check back today, and tomorrow, and every day after that. The way we like to mix our offers up, you're sure to find something you're looking for a few times a week! Hang out with BargainBee for a few days and we're sure you'll be adding us to your favorites list and checking us every morning as you sip (or chug) your morning coffee.
When will BargainBee be in my city?
If we're not featuring your city yet, hopefully we'll be there soon. We're growing fast, and we have a list of cities we're already aiming for. How can I get my business featured on BargainBee?
If we're already in your city, then it's easy! Just contact us and we'll hook you up with one of our sales representatives to plan your feature. Where is BargainBee located?
BargainBee is headquartered in the large city of Sulphur, Louisiana. We also have a sales team representing us in each city we're featured in.
